Entry table
Poplar finished with tung oil. Drawer front and apron from single board. Table top from single board with top and tailed matched joint along centerline and breadboard ends. I wanted to let the colors of the poplar set the tone for this entry table.
Arts and Crafts bookcase
Don’t do haunched shouldered joints with through tenons they said. Now I know why- seriously hard work, but a very strong shelf. Red oak still awaiting finish, but the need for bookcases was urgent.
